Payment

All payments are taken via PayPal invoice unless your situation prevents you from the use of PayPal as a service (ie, because you live in a country where it is prohibited). Message me prior to ordering if this is the case so we can explore alternative options. Taking advantage of this option because you are not old enough to make a PayPal account or you wish to bypass service fees will ban you from ordering from me.

Payment is due upfront and I will not begin your order until it is received in full.

Refunds

Because of my artistic process, most commissions are finished in a single setting. I typically do not accept refunds as a result of this. However, if you ask for one before I have started, you will be refunded 90% of the original purchase price. You will also receive a complete refund if I for any reason need to cancel your order, regardless of the progress on it.

Process

The status of my shop will be displayed on the /commissions page of my website. In addition, the google form to submit an order will be closed when I am no longer accepting orders, so assume they are open if you are able to send in a response.

I will be messaging you on your preferred platform (as indicated in the google form response you chose) to discuss your order. Ensure you are able to accept messages on said platform.

I can take up to 3 months to complete your order. If you need it done earlier, a rush fee can be applied as a percentage of the original commission price.

Final art files will be linked to you via google drive and files will be held for 7 days until deleted from the drive. I always keep original files on my PC, so just ask if the time has expired and you need to download them again.

Edits

Not all commission types offer edits, so the information in this section about works in progress applies only to the commission types that accept edits.

As my 'sketch' and 'lineart' stage are roughly the same, I will send you a wip when I feel like I'm about 50% of the way through your order. At this point I will revise things up to three times (three messages/wip updates) for free.

Mistakes I've made (as in using a wrong color, forgetting a marking, etc) will be freely edited at any stage of completion. 48 hours after the final files are sent I will not do any more editing. You are free to use minor edits on my final artworks as commissioned by and for you, limited to the following: hue/saturation/color adjustments. Please do not edit my work in any other way without my approval.

Rights & Permissions

I as the artist retain the right to refuse your commission request for any reason and to not disclose said reason.

I retain all copyrights to my work, including but not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the images for self-promotion.

Commissions may be used for personal (non-commercial) use with no restrictions (such as using it for an icon, banner, layout, etc) as long as credit is given in form of a link to this website or other social media profile of mine, should it be relevant.

Commercial use must be discussed beforehand and may come with extra fees depending on the project.

Commissions may not be used for cryptocurrency, NFTs, or ANY AI or similar model training.
